I coach handstands at every stage of the journey:

  • If you’re a complete beginner and feel overwhelmed about where to start - I’ll give you a clear roadmap and build your foundation the right way from day one.

  • If you’re intermediate and stuck between drills without real progress - I’ll identify exactly what’s holding you back and create a plan that moves you forward.

  • If you’re advanced and ready to unlock harder skills, press variations, one-arm work, or refine your technique to a higher standard - we’ll sharpen your practice and make your handstands stronger, cleaner, and more efficient.

Handstands are not an easy skill to master and i’s normal to feel lost at times. My role as your coach is to keep you on the right path. I’ll challenge you, support you, and hold you accountable, ensuring that the work you put in leads to real, measurable progress.

Online Coaching - The Process

01. Screening

Every successful progression starts with clarity.

The first step is a thorough assessment of your current level, strengths, limitations, and goals. You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire in your personal Dropbox folder to give me a clear overview of your training background, experience, and objectives.

You’ll also upload videos of your current handstand practice. This allows me to properly analyze your technique, identify key focus areas, and design a structured program that aligns with both your current capacity and your future goals.

No generic templates - only training built specifically for you.

02. Program Creation

A personalized plan built for your body, your goals, and your long-term progress.

Once your assessment is complete, I design your program based entirely on your individual needs, current level, and long-term goals.

Your full written training plan will be uploaded to your personal Dropbox folder, clearly structured and easy to follow. Every drill included in your program comes with detailed descriptions and instructional videos, so you always know exactly what to focus on and how to execute each exercise correctly.

03. Check in & feedback

Progress happens through consistent feedback and smart adjustments.

Once per week, you’ll complete a check-in by uploading training videos and answering a few reflection questions. This helps me monitor your progress and see how your body is responding.

I review your videos carefully and provide detailed feedback on your form, technique, and execution so you improve faster and train with greater awareness.

You can also ask questions about your practice, and if needed, your program will be adjusted to keep you progressing safely and efficiently.

Zoom Sessions - The Process

This option is perfect for those who thrive with direct guidance and enjoy being pushed by a coach. You’ll receive live, real-time feedback during your practice, helping you correct form, refine technique, and stay motivated. You will also receive specific assignments and a structured program to follow in between sessions, ensuring your progress continues consistently even when we’re not training together. This is ideal for anyone who wants the accountability and energy of working with a coach while still training independently the rest of the week.

Single zoom session format:

  • You decide the focus of the session - whether it’s a specific skill, drill, or aspect of your handstand practice.

  • Feedback on your training - I’ll provide detailed guidance on your skills, drills, and technique to help you improve efficiently.

  • Answers to your questions - Any questions you have about programming, your training, or progression will be addressed during the session.
